CEKnowHow: Retail Training for the Consumer Electronics Sales Force

CEA’s CEKnowHow Web site provides education for consumer electronics sales associates. CEKnowHow educational topics include audio, digital television, home networking, mobile and wireless.

Training at CEKnowHow ranges from increasing product knowledge to improving sales to keeping abreast of the latest trends in consumer technology. The curriculum developed is designed to be product- and brand-neutral. CEKnowHow covers all major consumer technology product categories. Retailers, however, can use some or all of the content to suit their inventory.
